Ask Them, ”How Are You?” And mean it!

How many times have you asked someone, "how are you?" and they spend several minutes describing everything that they are dealing with such as health issues, financial problems, etc.

As a Christian, the Christian thing to do is actually be sincere. However, if you don't have time or truly don't care, then just don't ask.
